Dubai’s Emaar ventures into new short-term rental business

Emaar Properties launched “Ease by Emaar”, a short-term rental concept for global travellers, Dubai’s largest developer said in a statement on Wednesday.

South Beach, a premium residential project in Emaar Beachfront development, will be listed as part of the new business initiative.

“This concept will bring the whole community of Emaar under the service of customers,” Emaar chairman Mohamed Alabbar told reporters.

“Guests will have access to 73 gyms, 172 swimming pools, 31 kids clubs, play area for children in 172 locations, 12 spas and six business centres,” he added.

The Ease concept will provide an end-to-end property management service, including property setup, reservations management, guest hosting, housekeeping, maintenance, government licensing, and distribution of the listing across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and over 50 other channels, the statement added.
