Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

 

1) Thob Al Aseel Co.’s board of directors approved on Sunday to transfer the firm’s listing from Nomu Parallel Market to the main Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

 

2) Nomu-listed Raydan Cuisines and Restaurants Co. announced that the extraordinary general assembly (EGM), set to be held on Oct. 29, 2019, will vote on the partial acquisition of Aljonah For Desserts & Catering.

 

3) Abdulla Saad Abo Moati For Bookstore Co.’s (Abo Moati) board of directors approved the company’s transition from Nomu Parallel Market to Tadawul.

 

4) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. on Oct. 7 inked an SAR 5 million Murabaha facility agreement.

 

5) Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) will pay cash dividend for the H1 2019 on Oct. 16, 2019.

 

6) Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. will deposit on Oct. 16 around SAR 104,799 proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in shareholders’ portfolios.

 

7) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 30 cents to reach $58.65 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also increased 29 cents to reach $53.04/bbl.
