Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

1) Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 8.3 billion for the first 9 months of 2019, an 8.7 percent year-on-year (YoY) increase.

2) Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) reported a net loss after zakat and tax of SAR 462.9 million in the first nine months of 2019, compared to a net profit of SAR 1.57 billion a year earlier.

3) Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 436.6 million for the first nine months of 2019, a 19.59 percent year-on-year (YoY) decrease.

4) Saudi Telecom Co.’s (STC) board of directors has recommended a 10 percent cash dividend for the third quarter of 2019, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 2 billion.

5) Ataa Educational Co. reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 82.7 million for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2019, a decline of 5.9 percent year-on-year (YoY).

6) Northern Region Cement Co. reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 55.8 million in the first nine months of 2019, versus a net loss of SAR 238,519 in the same period last year.

7) Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co. (SAFCO) reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 1.13 billion for the first nine months of 2019, a 3.4 percent year-on-year (YoY) decrease.

8) Alinma Bank reported a net profit of SAR 2.03 billion for the first 9 months of 2019, an 11.93 percent year-on-year (YoY) increase.

9) Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year (FY) 2018, at SAR 1 per share, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on Nov. 27, 2019.

10) Brent crude on Wednesday dropped 28 cents to reach $59.42 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also decreased 41 cents to reach $54.07/bbl.
