Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) renewed its agreement with flynas to provide ground handling services to domestic and international flights for a total amount of SAR 1 billion.

Under the five-year agreement, which will come into effect on Jan. 1, 2020, SGS will provide ramp and passenger services across all Saudi airports, SGS said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

The company expects the deal to enhance business sustainability, boost cash flows, and positively impact its financial results as of the first quarter of 2020.

No related parties are involved in the deal, the statement added.
