Saudi British Bank (SABB) received Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority's (SAMA) no objection to the appointment of Lubna Olayan as board chairperson and Saad Abdulmohsen Al-Fadly as vice-chairman.

 

In a statement on Tadawul on Wednesday, the bank said that the elected board of directors decided on December 26, 2019, to choose and nominate the board chairman and vice president for the next session, provided the SAMA does not object.

 

According to the data available in Argaam, the ordinary general assembly of the SABB agreed on December 18, 2019, to elect the members of the board of directors for the next session, which begins on January 1, 2020, for a three-year period ending on December 31, 2022.
