Tabuk Cement appoints new board of directors, audit committee

The extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held by Tabuk Cement Co. approved on Jan. 2, 2020, the election of new members in its board of directors for 3 years.

 

The three-year term will begin on Jan. 26, 2020, and end on Jan. 25, 2023, it said in a bourse filing.

 

The list of the new members includes Saud Bin Soliman Al Juhani, Musaad bin Khalid Bin Saleh Al Shithry, Wafi Bin Nafea Bin Abdullah Al Shakhis, Abdulaziz Bin Saleh Bin Abdul Rahman Al Shithry, Abdulaziz Bin Abdul Rahman Bin Ibrahim Al Khamis, Abdul Rahman Bin Rashid Bin Hindi Al Balawi, and Tarek Bin Khalid Bin Hamad Al Angari.

 

Additionally, the EGM also ratified the audit committee formation for the new session, commencing from Jan. 26, 2020, and ending on Jan 25, 2023.

 

The audit committee includes Tarek Bin Khalid Bin Hamad Al Angari as the head; and Ali Bin Soliman Al Ayed, Turki Bin Muhammad Bin Saleh Al Marzouk, and Turki Bin Abdul Mohsen Faleh Al-Lahid as outside members of the board of directors.
