Astra board to withhold dividend for FY2019

Astra Industrial Group's board of directors recommended withholding dividend for the fiscal year 2019 to strengthen the company’s solvency and financial position, the firm said in a bourse statement.

  

The recommendation is subject to shareholders' approval in the upcoming general meeting.
