National Gypsum to discuss FY19 cash dividend at 3.5% on April 15

National Gypsum Co.'s shareholders will approve the board's recommendation on paying cash dividend at 3.5% of capital, or SAR 0.35 a share, totaling SAR 11.08 million, during the company's ordinary general meeting slated for April 15, 2020, the company said in a board statement.

 

Dividends will be payable as of April 27, 2020, the statement added.

 

Shareholders will approve the board's report, financial statements, and the auditor's report for FY ending Dec. 31, 2019.

 

Shareholders will also appoint an auditor for 2020 and Q1 2021, discharge board members from liability for FY19 and approve the board's bonuses at SAR 1.8 million for FY19, the statement added.
