ARDCO’s shareholders to vote on 5% dividend for H2 2019 on April 19
Arriyadh Development Co.’s (ARDCO) shareholders are set to vote on a 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.5 per share, for the second half of 2019, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 19, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on delegating the company’s board to distribute cash dividend for FY 2020 on a quarterly or a semi-annual basis.
