UCA receives SAMA’s nod on appointing vice chairman

United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) received today, June 12, the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) approval on appointing Khalid Ahmed Al Hamdan as vice chairman of the board of directors for the current session, according to a bourse statement.

 

UCA opened on July 1 the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming 3-year term, starting December 14, 2020, Argaam reported.
