Saudi Ajdan strengthens presence in local, GCC real estate development

Saudi-based Ajdan has strengthened its presence in the local and GCC real estate development sector, relying on advanced development patterns in line with the Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes raising the quality of life and focuses on various projects that fulfill its needs.

Ajdan was registered as the first private company specialized in waterfront comprehensive development. Ajdan Waterfront development was the private sector’s first development project in the Kingdom. The company aims to transform waterfronts to highly-attractive cultural hubs to lure domestic and foreign tourists.

Ajdan Rise

Ajdan Rise Tower, part of Ajdan Waterfront Development, is primarily located on the Khobar Seafront. It covers an area of 6,826.5 square meters with a height of 130 meters. The real estate developer had earlier celebrated building the 40th floor, with a total building area of 76,390 square meters. Ajdan earlier expected the project to be complete by Q1 2021. It is currently finalizing front and interior designs.

Ajdan Rise was designed to comprise 192 luxury residential units with direct sea view.

In order to achieve the highest standards of quality of life for residents, Ajdan Rise Tower provides indoor and outdoor swimming pools, two health clubs and a spa, indoor cinema halls, a ceremony room and meeting rooms, picnic and barbecue areas, children's playgrounds, shops, special services office for residents, and 24-hour security and electronic monitoring services, maintenance, landscaping, 268 parking spaces in the basement and the first three floors, high-speed elevators, and drivers' rooms.

Ajdan Walk

Ajdan Walk is a commercial and entertainment masterpiece of Al-Khobar, on a total area of 17,000 square meters. It has a modern design, which won the 2018 Cityscape Dubai Award for the best engineering design for a shopping village.

It consists of 11 commercial and office buildings overlooking the Boulevard, which attracts 7,000 visitors to Khobar Corniche daily.

Ajdan Walk offers a unique experience over white and green bodies with an engineering architecture, away from the vehicles’ movement, which designated the basement as parking spaces with a capacity of 350 parking spaces.

Ajdan Walk represents a milestone in the restaurants and entertainment sector, as it attracts a unique group of international restaurants and cafes, including The Cheesecake Factory, Bubble, P.F. Chang's, Texas Roadhouse, Asha's, Burger Boutique, Gossip, Operation Falafel, Buffalo Wild Wings, Nando's, Starbucks Reserve, Dos Café, and Pinkberry.

Ajdan Walk Cinema

The construction works on the Ajdan Walk Cinema project are expected to be complete during Q4 2020. The cinema is located on a total area of 6,866 square meters and includes 9 exhibition halls that keep pace with the latest international cinema requirements, with a capacity of 917 seats, in addition to 3 buildings dedicated to restaurants and cafes.

It is noteworthy that Ajdan Walk Cinema has concluded an agreement with Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) and the global operator AMC to offer one of the most luxurious AMC halls in the world.

Ajdan Hotel

Ajdan Hotel is a five-star hotel, having suites and rooms with direct sea views. It is located on an area of 6,800 square meters.

Ajdan Hotel includes business and conference facilities, multi-purpose halls, a health club, luxury stores, distinctive restaurants and cafes.
