Retal, National Housing Co. sign deal to build 690 villas in Nesaj Town Riyadh

Retal Urban Development, a subsidiary of Al Fozan Holding, signed on Aug. 20, 2020, an agreement with National Housing Co. (NHC) to develop 690 villas in Riyadh under the auspices of Majid Al-Hogail, Saudi Minister of Housing.

According to the agreement, the project will begin in Q4 2020.

Nesaj Town Riyadh will feature five contemporary designs in Al-Jawan suburb, and will also comprise integrated commercial, entertainment and educational facilities to provide various services for residents.

All facilities are distinguished for well-designed interior designs that ensure efficient use and residence comfort.

“Nesaj Town Riyadh is the fruitful cooperation with NHC. The project fosters harmony between modern architecture, and highest standards of comfort and privacy,” Abdullah AlBraikan, CEO of Retal, said.

This agreement is part of Retal’s successful partnerships with NHC since 2018 through Nesaj Town Dammam 1 and 2, which comprise more than 2,400 villas.

The projects delivered the highest sales in the Kingdom in a short period.
