Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Co.’s board of directors approved on Sept. 13 the resignation of Saad Al-Shammari, board member and head of the audit committee, for personal reasons.
The resignation, which was tendered on Sept. 10, came into effect immediately, the company said in a bourse statement.
Al-Shammari joined the board of directors on Feb. 21, 2017 and joined the audit committee on July 6, 2017, the statement added.
