Saudi Arabia to host 41st GCC summit on Jan. 5

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud mandated Nayef Al-Hajraf, · secretary-general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), to invite the council leaders to participate in the upcoming 41st GCC summit, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The summit is scheduled to be held in Riyadh, on Jan. 5, 2021.

 

Al-Hajraf said holding the event amid the exceptional circumstances witnessed by the world reflects the great attention paid by the GCC leaders towards deepening ties and cooperation, as well as creating new prospects for the GCC citizens on the long term.
