The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) received subscriptions from investors for its eighth international issuance under Saudi Arabia's Global Medium-Term Note Program, with total offering amounting to $5 billion (equivalent to SAR 18.75 billion).

 

The issuance was more than four times oversubscribed, with total orders amounting to more than $22 billion, the center said in a statement from the Ministry of Finance today, Jan. 27, 2021.

 

The issuance consisted of two tranches as follows: $2.75 billion (equivalent to SAR 10.3 billion) for 12 year notes maturing 2033, and $2.25 billion (equivalent to SAR 8.4 billion) for 40 year notes maturing 2061.
