Yasir Al-Rumayyan, governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), said that 80% of the senior management of the sovereign wealth fund are Saudis.

“We do not care about nationalities; what matters is the person’s positive impact while enabling the fund to achieve strategies and goals,” Al-Rumayyan said in the periodic government communication press briefing.

In December 2020, Bander Mogren, PIF Chief Operating Officer, said the sovereign wealth fund has more than 1,000 employees, despite COVID-19 outbreak, as it attracted a large number of employees, including Saudis and global talent, Argaam reported.
