Saudi Tadawul Group names Al-Hussan as CEO, Al-Rumaih as chief executive of Saudi Exchange

Saudi Tadawul Group appointed Khalid Al-Hussan as chief executive officer (CEO), while Mohammed Al-Rumaih was named as the CEO of Saudi Exchange. 

 

The appointments were announced during a press conference.

 

Al-Rumaih has more than 17 years of experience in the financial sector. 

 

He held various administrative and leadership positions in Tadawul, and undertook the development of several financial instruments, major listings, and marketing initiatives. 

 

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, April converting into a holding company under the name of “Saudi Tadawul Group” ahead of the planned initial public offering (IPO) this year.  

 

The group is divided into four units: Saudi Exchange, Securities Clearing Centre Co. (Muqassa), Securities Depository Centre Co. (Edaa) and Wamid, according to data available on Argaam.
