Maharah says Abdulkarim Alnujaidi resigns as CEO

Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors accepted on, April 22, the resignation of CEO Abdulkarim Alnujaidi, effective from June 14, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Alnujaidi tendered his resignation to manage personal business.

 

The company will announce updates on the appointment of the new or acting CEO later, the statement added.
