SRMG to start e-voting on EGM agenda on April 25

Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SRMG) will start on April 25, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for April 29, 2021.

 

Shareholders will vote to amend Article 2 of the company’s Articles of Association to change the firm’s name to Saudi Research and Media Group.
