Shareholders of Arab Sea Information Systems Co. will start on May 22, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 25, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020. They will also vote on the appointment of an external auditor to review the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.
