AXA Insurance shareholders to vote on 2020 board, audit reports on June 23

AXA Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 23, 2021, according to a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also discuss appointing external auditors to review Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2020, 2021 and Q1 2022 financial statements, and determine their fees.

In addition, they will vote on discharging board members from liability for 2020, and setting their remuneration at SAR 1.1 million for the same year.

Other agenda items include voting on various business and contracts that will be concluded with other companies.
