National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) announced in a bourse statement today, June 20, that it withdrew the request submitted to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to move to the main market.

 

The firm clarified that the decision comes in order for it to complete some requirements.

 

On June 17, NBM submitted a request to the CMA for transition from the Nomu Parallel Market to the main market, following the board of directors’ approval on April 12.

 

The company was listed on Nomu on April 29, 2018, with SAR 120 million in capital, Argaam reported earlier.
