Naseej appoints Waiel Al Rashid as Chairman, Ahmed Khogeer as Vice Chairman

Naseej International Trading Co.’s board of directors appointed Waiel Saad Abdulaziz Al Rashid as Chairman of the board, during a meeting held on July 17, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also decided to appoint Ahmed Sirag Abdulrahman Khogeer as Vice Chairman.

 

The members appointed secretary to the board for the new term, while also electing representatives of the company at Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

The board also approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee and the executive committee.

 

The ordinary general assembly, held on May 6, agreed to form the audit committee, define its tasks, work controls, and remuneration for its members for the three-year session ending July 15, 2024, the statement noted.
