6 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.

1) Batic Investment and Logistics Co. announced that the agreement on sale and purchase of shares with Smart Parking Holding Co. was extended for one month, ending Sept. 30.

2) Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund agreed to extend agreement to purchase Boulevard Riyadh for SAR 320 million to additional 60 days, as of the end date of the original term.

3) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. submitted a lawsuit before the administrative court against Riyadh Municipality, claiming a compensation of SAR 15.6 million and 10% of the attorney fees.

4) Saudi Cable Co.'s board of directors approved the appointment of board member Noha Sulaimani (independent) as Managing Director (MD) and the amendment to the membership status to an executive member.

5) Theeb Rent a Car Co.’s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.

6) Brent crude on Thursday declined 31 cents to reach $71.28 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 38 cents to reach $68.21/bbl.
