Al Jouf Cement Co. extended today, Sept. 5, the cement supply agreement contract with Soliman bin Saleh Almohileb and his Sons Holding Co. with a value of SAR 40 million, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company contract will run until April 30, 2022.

 

The contract is expected to positively impact the company’s sales.

 

There are no related parties.

 

On Dec. 21, 2020, Al Jouf Cement Co. signed a SAR 60 million sales contract with Soliman bin Saleh Almohileb and his Sons Holding Co., Argaam reported.
