National Housing launches Al Asala project in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia's National Housing Co. (NHC) launched Al Asala project, in the southwest of Riyadh, over an area of approximately 4 million square meters (sqm).

The project includes more than 3,500 residential units over 360-560 sqm each, with different engineering designs and at affordable prices.

The beneficiaries are allowed to build their units, in cooperation with the private sector.

CEO Mohammad Albuty said the project is distinguished by allowing the beneficiaries to select the area, design, and contractor.

He added that the project includes integrated infrastructure of water, sewage, flood and rainwater drainage networks, as well as wide green areas, roads, sidewalks, site coordination plans, electrical services, lighting poles and optical fiber infrastructure.
