Leejam opens men’s Xpress fitness center in Riyadh today

Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) opened a new low-cost men Xpress Fitness Center in Riyadh on Oct. 7, the company said in a bourse statement.

The center will operate under a low-cost model and without swimming pools, and will be open 24 hours.

Spread over an area of 606 square meters (sqm), the center will be located on Al Hair Road in Al Aziziyah district of Riyadh.

This is the 14th Xpress Fitness Center to open since the launch of Fitness Time Xpress in November 2020, the statement said, adding that the financial impact is expected to appear as of Q4 2021.

The center will be digitally enabled, with highly flexible subscriptions that start with a minimum of one month. Subscriptions will be available at reasonable prices, to make clubs and gyms more accessible, in line with Vision 2030 realization programs. 

With this opening, the total number of Fitness Time centers operating inside and outside the Kingdom is 140, the statement said. 

More openings will be announced in the coming weeks, it added.
