Nama Chemicals opens nominations for board membership today

Nama Chemicals Co. announced opening the nomination for board membership for the next three-year term, starting Feb. 17, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Nomination applications will be received from Oct. 21 until Nov. 21.

 

The company added that the nominated members for the new term will be elected at the upcoming general assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
