Naseej accepts resignation of Mansour Al Kharbush from board, audit committee

Naseej International Trading Co.'s board of directors accepted today, Dec. 1, the resignation of board member Mansour Saleh Al Kharbush, effective immediately.

 

He resigned due to his personal circumstances, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

In a separate bourse filing, the company announced accepting the resignation of Al Kharbush from his position as chairman of the audit committee, effective today.

 

The company appointed board member Rashid Suleiman Al-Rasheed as Chairman of the audit committee from today.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the company's upcoming general assembly meeting.
