Mobily names Nabeel Al-Amoudi as Chairman, Sulaiman Gwaiz as Vice Chairman

Etihad Etisalat Co.’s (Mobily) board of directors, on Dec. 6, appointed Nabeel Al-Amoudi as Chairman and Sulaiman Gwaiz as Vice Chairman.

 

The board also formed subcommittees in accordance with the approved duties and responsibilities, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The formation of the audit committee has been approved in the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Nov. 28, the statement added.
