SAICO to open board membership nominations today

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) will open today, Dec. 29, nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting June 25, 2022.

 

Candidates can submit nomination applications until Jan. 29, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
