Saudi Arabia records 5,505 COVID-19 cases on Monday

Saudi Arabia recorded 5,505 COVID-19 cases today, Jan. 17, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 620,935, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 4,349, raising the total number of recovered cases to 569,296 (93% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Critical cases totaled 388.

 

The Kingdom reported two deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,908.

 

The number of vaccine doses increased to 54.04 million.
