SAPTCO reappoints Musaeid Aldawood as Deputy Chairman

Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) board of directors reappointed, on Jan. 17, Musaeid Aldawood, independent member, as Deputy Chairman for the current three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2022.

 

Moreover, the remuneration and nominations committee, and the investment and strategy committee were also formed, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

SAPTCO’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul) were also appointed for all purposes related to the application of the capital market law and its executive regulations.

 

A board secretary was also named, On the other hand, the audit committee formation was approved during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Dec. 20, 2021 for a three-year term starting Jan. 01, 2022, SAPTCO concluded.
