Edaa deposits ACIG subscribed securities today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, Jan. 27, Allied Cooperative Insurance Group’s (ACIG) subscribed securities into the center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders.

According to data compiled by Argaam, ACIG recently offered 15 million shares, at SAR 10 each, with a total value of SAR 150 million, in order to increase its capital from SAR 141 million to SAR 291 million.

The coverage rate for the rights issue reached 88.86% through subscribing to 13.33 million shares out of 15 million shares, while the coverage ratio for the rump offering amounted to 1,784.5%.
