Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.'s extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), scheduled for Feb. 16, was not held due to lack of quorum for both the first and the second meetings, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The date for a third meeting will be decided and announced later.

 

Tihama’s shareholders were to vote on reducing the company’s capital by 71.43% from SAR 175 million to SAR 50 million, during the EGM, Argaam reported.
