SPIMACO shareholders elect board members for upcoming term

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corp.’s (SPIMACO) shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on April 3, 2022.

This came during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 23, according to a bourse filing.

The new board includes Mohammad Khalil Mohammad, Adil Kareem Ahmed, Fahad Abdulaziz Alrabiah, Mohammed Talal Al Nahhas, Ammar Abdulwahid Alkhudairy, Khalid Abdulrahman AlGwaiz, Faisal Mohammed Shaker, Mai Abdullah AlAjaji and Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Thinyan.

Meanwhile, shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee, defining its tasks, work controls, and remunerations for its members, for the new term.

The candidates are Khalid Al Gwaiz, Khalid Al Faddagh, Abdullah Al Hissaini and Kholud Al Dukheil.
