Maadaniyah extends MoU with IGL Group to establish aluminum foundry plant

National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) announced the extension of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with IGL Group to establish an aluminum foundry plant.

 

The MoU was extended for additional six months from March 1, 2022, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

No financial impact is expected from the MoU extension, the statement added.

 

In February 2021, Maadaniyah signed a six-month renewable MoU with IGL Group to establish an aluminum foundry plant, Argaam reported.
