Wafrah signs SAR 9.5 mln agreement with Jal Al-Sahraa

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. signed, on March 7, a SAR 9.5 million agreement with Jal Al-Sahraa Co., according to a bourse filing.

 

Under the one-year agreement, Wafrah will manufacture 500,000 boxes of French fries (WAFRA brand 4x2.5 kg) where Jal Al-Sahraa will be supplying the necessary potato tubers required for processing.

 

The financial impact is represented in increasing Wafrah’s revenue during the contract period.

 

No related parties are included in the deal.
