Bawan says audit committee member resigns, names replacement

Bawan Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of an audit committee member, Abdulmuti Abdulhadi, for personal reasons, according to a bourse filing.

The board also recommended the appointment of Abdullah bin Saghir Al-Hussaini to replace Abdulhadi, starting March 30, 2022, for the current three-year term ending on Sept. 25, 2022.

The appointment proposal is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
