Nama Chemicals’ shareholders approve board member termination

Nama Chemicals Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to terminate the membership of board member, Hamza Joharji, starting from the general meeting’s approval, according to a bourse filing.

 

This came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 10, the statement added.
