Seera shareholders to vote on 2021 financial statements on May 30

Shareholders of Seera Group Holding will vote on audited financial statements for 2021 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 30, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They will also vote on the board and auditor’s reports for the same period.

 

Other agenda items include appointing an external auditor from among nominees, absolving the board of directors from liability for 2021 and delegating the board with the OGM powers for one year from the OGM approval date or or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier.

 

Online voting on the agenda items will start on May 27, the statement added.
