Amwaj sets final IPO price at SAR 72/share

Marifa Capital, the financial advisor on the potential offering of Amwaj International Co., announced that the offering price was set at SAR 72 per share, according to a bourse filing.

 

The subscription period will run during the period May 22-25, 2022, the company added.

 

The company will offer 600,000 shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu).

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on March 21, the application received from Amwaj to register and offer 600,000 shares, or %10 of its capital, on Nomu.
