AXA Insurance shareholders to vote on name change on June 13

Shareholders of AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. will vote on amending Article 1 of the articles of association on the establishment of the company, as well as Article 2 on rebranding the company to "Gulf Insurance Group", during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 13, according to a bourse filing.

They will also discuss amending other articles of association including articles related to the company's purpose, merger and acquisition, investments, shares trading, capital increase and capital reduction.

The e-voting on agenda items will start from June 9 via Tadawulaty services.
