National Gypsum reappoints Chairman

Headquarters of National Gypsum Co. 

National Gypsum Co.’s (NGC) board of directors approved, on May 29, the reappointment of Ahmed Al-Thonayan as Chairman. Saud Al-Thonayan and Fahad Al-Thonayan were named as the company’s Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, respectively.

Khalid Al-Ghadeer was also appointed as the company’s new CEO.

The board also approved the formation of the executive committee, comprising Ahmed Al-Thonayan as Chairman, as well as Fahad Al-Thonayan, Mansour Al-Ghamdi and Khalid Al-Ghadeer as members.

The nomination and remuneration committee was also formed, including Muhammad Al-Awwad as Chairman, as well as Fahad Al-Mutairi and Saud Al-Thonayan as members.

The investment management committee was also composed of Mansour Al-Ghamdi as Chairman, along with Zaben Al Mutairi, Saud Al-Thonayan, and Khalid Al-Ghadeer as members.

The audit committee was also formed and was composed of Nawaf Khashoggi as Chairman, along Abdul Rahman Al-Mudaimegh and Saud Al-Thonayan as members.
