Arabian Centres reappoints Fawaz Alhokair as Chairman

Arabian Centres Co.’s board of directors reappointed Fawaz Alhokair as Chairman, Salman Alhokair as Vice Chairman and Mohamad Rafic Mourad as Managing Director, during the meeting held on June 22, according to a bourse filing.

Board members also recommended the formation of a nomination and remuneration committee, and appointed a board secretary, and company representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Arabian Centres shareholders elected new board members for the three-year term starting June 19, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 16, Argaam reported.

The new board comprised Fawaz Alhokair, Salman Alhokair and Abdulrahman Al-Tuwaijri, Kamel Al-Qalam, Abdulmajeed Albasri, Mohamad Mourad, Turki Al-Dayel, Khalid Al-Suwailem and Johan Brand.
