Academy of Learning Co.’s (AOL) shareholders will vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute a 15% cash dividend, or SAR 1.5 per share, for H1 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Aug. 23.

In a statement to Tadawul, AOL said shareholders will also vote on the company’s cash dividend policy for 2022, 2023 and 2024.
The meeting agenda also includes voting on the appointment of decision to appoint Saadoun Al-Khalidi as board member, replacing Suha Al-Seif, as of July 19, 2022, until the end of the current board term on June 25, 2026.
