Signing ceremony
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) signed today, Aug. 11, an agreement to resume the recruitment of Indonesian domestic workers in several professions.
The ministry indicated that the recruitment will be carried out through the relevant companies, adding that the move comes as part of its keenness to unify the recruitment channel of Indonesian domestic workers.
HRSD also aims to facilitate the recruitment process from Indonesia, protect the rights of all contractual relationship parties, and diversify the nationalities of domestic workers to serve the needs of the Saudi labor market.
