Saudi Cable shareholders to discuss recovery plan on Aug. 29

Saudi Cable Co.’s shareholders will discuss the company’s developments and the current recovery plan with the Board Chairman Abdul Rahman Alkhayal and Managing Director Nael Fayez on Aug. 29, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The meeting will be held online from 5 pm to 7 pm.

 

Shareholders registered in the Securities Depository Co. (Edaa) are entitled to attend at the close of the trading session.
