AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co. announced the reappointment of Abdulmajeed Al Sultan as Chairman and Naif Al Abdul Kareem as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse statement.

 

In addition, Ibrahim Al-Hurabi was appointed as Chairman of the audit committee and Sager Nadershah as Managing Director.

 

The appointments came after the company obtained a non-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on Sept. 5, and the board of directors’ approval on July 24.

 

The insurer also announced the formation of the executive committee, investment committee, risk management committee as well as nomination and remuneration committee.

 

During the ordinary general meeting, held on July 17, the audit committee was formed for the new three-year term ending July 16, 2025.
