Saudi Cable sets shareholder meeting dates to discuss 2022 updates, next one on Oct. 12

Saudi Cable Co. announced scheduling several meetings via means of modern technology with its shareholders for the rest of the year to discuss company updates and get responses on queries from Managing Director Nael Fayez, according to a bourse statement today, Oct. 6.

 

It noted that the September and October meetings were merged to bring greater benefit to the respectful shareholders.

 

Each shareholder registered in the company’s shareholders register at Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will be entitled to attend the meetings by the end of the trading session prior to each meeting.

 

Saudi Cable said that the next meeting will take place on Oct. 12 from 5 pm to 7 pm.

 

Meanwhile, the third monthly meeting will be held Nov. 28, followed by another one on Dec. 28.
